The Summer BBQ series is one of the most exciting events of the year at Langdon Hall! It is a unique, less formal way to enjoy the cuisine, guest chefs featuring ingredients from their home regions, local artisan suppliers, and the property at Langdon Hall.
The setting is in the new Firshade Summer House with seating on the lawn overlooking the beautiful kitchen garden and grounds. Each BBQ day is styled around a theme and the guest chefs or chef.
There is always excitement around the guest chefs. The collaboration is playful and honest. The cuisine is a true blend of culinary minds and it really shows through.
